发泡型抗静电胶板主要适用于对操作生产过程有防震、防摔及耐高温需要的高端产品生产线,其具有以下优点:
(1)特点:轻、柔、软、高弹性、防震、防摔。由于中间采取发泡技术,所以硬度只有邵氏45°左右,非常的轻巧、柔软、弹性好、防震动性极佳。对精密的IT敏感器材有更好的防护作用,工人操作时手感舒适。
(2)环保:产品超过欧盟ROSH标准、SGS检测标准重金属2mg/kg以下。
(3)防静电性能优良稳定:防静电面层: 106-108Ω;底层:103-105Ω。
(4)耐高温、电焊接触无影响,耐化学介质。
